With June coming to an end, we rounded up a couple of the month’s best electronic releases.

ADVENTURE CLUB – BACK TO YOU FT. SARA DIAMOND [ULTRA MUSIC]

Reeling off the immense success of their last single ‘Rebellious’, electronic duo Adventure Club mark their second release of the new decade with ‘Back to You’. The new tune, featuring the vocal talent of fellow Canadian and singer/songwriter Sara Diamond, serves as the second song to be put out from their upcoming sophomore album set for release this summer. The track’s massive, oscillating basslines and their intoxicatingly profound effect on the listener effortlessly harken back to Adventure Club’s formative years.

DVBBS & BLACKBEAR – TINTED EYES FT. 24KGOLDN [ULTRA MUSIC]

Claiming the popular club sound as their very own, DVBBS are sound smiths when it comes to combining elements of unsuspecting genres with dark houses. Often blending hip-hop with dancefloor-ready rhythms, their ability to forge a bridge between the two seemingly polar genres plays a monumental role in their explosive rise to fame. Once again enlisting the help of blackbear, the celebrated singer, songwriter, and producer is still riding atop radio charts for his viral-hit “hot girl bummer.” With their first collaboration “IDWK” reaching 50 million streams worldwide, “Tinted Eyes” is a testament to DVBBS and blackbear’s undeniable artistic chemistry. Also featuring the lyrical genius of singer/rapper 24kGoldn, this Ultra-signed cut is a melting pot of industrial house, pop, and R&B. SHOGUN – SUPER MARIO BROS THEME (SHOGUN REWORK)

Stuck at home, Shogun has used his confinement to combine two of his greatest passions: video games and music.  The track arrives merely a month after the release of a stunning vocal record, “Time For Us”, which saw his return to Amsterdam based trance label, Serendipity Muzik. Adding a big room twist to the iconic video game jingle, the Asian American DJ and producer hopes to provide a dose of positivity and nostalgia to the dance music community. The remix is available to download exclusively via Bandcamp for $1. All proceeds will be donated to the CDC Foundation to help combat COVID-19 and frontline workers.
