Netflix hosted their Open House cocktail party in celebration of their upcoming and returning real estate and home renovation reality titles.
The event was hosted at the infamous $75 million dollar mansion featured on Netflix show Selling Sunet. In attendance were notable cast members from the show such as Davina Potratz, property owner Adnan Sen, and host of Netflix’s new show How to Build a Sex Room, Melanie Rose.
The glitzy party featured a spread of finger food and a menu of cocktails. The sprawling property also showcased a special performance of gold bathing suit clad synchronized swimmers, a live D.J. and a step and repeat.
Netflix has released a string of successful home and real estate reality shows, most notably Selling Sunset’s Orange County spinoff, premiering August 24, as well as Dream Home Makeover premiering July 27, Instant Dream Home premiering August 10, and Designing Miami premiering September 21st.
Netflix has had so much success in the reality TV space, we can’t wait to see what’s next for the leading streaming service. Now, if only they could get that $75 million dollar house off the market…
