Jeff Koons, artist, collaborated with the wonderful Louis Vuitton brand to recreate their very own Mona Lisa hand bag.
The two launched their celebration inside Mona Lisa’s home, the Louvre museum in Paris. A listers were seen chatting in front of the real Da Vinci painting while walking around the private event. Fashion and the arts have paved a great relationship for many years so it was only a matter of time for this modern artist to pair with one of the oldest haute couture houses.

The satchel itself is nothing like the rest when it comes to the famous LV logo brand hand bags. This time its covered with Mona Lisa’s face and silver hardware letters that reads “Da Vinci.” If only he were alive to see this magic happen.
The collection is inspired by Jeff Koons “Gazing Balls” series, which is exactly what the purse shows. Iconic pieces of art with letters over them. The trims and details of the purse range from light hues of pinks and blues, perfect for the summer. Nothing like a fun bag to have in hand.
