Never heard of a Long Drink, despite drinking long all the damn time. So I was naturally curious when I heard Loncaro was throwing a launch party in Hermosa Beach for their Finnish Long Drink.
I have seen the Northern Lights, and they are delicious. This gin and grapefruit cocktail is incredibly refreshing, goes down easy and tastes so damn good. Gin’s floral notes with grapefruit’s acidity is a perfect pairing, and I’m mad I didn’t think to try it before.

Finnish-legend and comedian extraordinaire ISMO performed a goddamn hilarious set, riffing on his country’s famed hatred for small talk and love of parties – shoutout to Sanna Marin!
He absolutely crushed it at a freaking 3pm set, which is no easy feat. Daytime comedy is hard as hell!
