We are thrilled to announce the opening of Sweet Fire Cafe & Studio, a new cafe, photography studio, and event space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Chris Sidwell, passionate about the culinary arts, has partnered with Micaèla Verrelien to create a unique venue for hosting community events. Chris’s culinary talents shine through his exceptional ingredients, as demonstrated by the delicious texture of the blueberry cookie I sampled at the cafe’s entrance.

On Monday, May 5, 2024, The Knockturnal attended a tasteful luncheon hosted by Barbara Tober, MAD’s Chair Emerita, at the Museum of Art and Design at Columbus Circle in Manhattan.
