A Kanye West-inspired art exhibit will be debuting in New York City next month. The Life of Pablo Art Exhibit was announced earlier today, much to the excitement of Kanye West fans. This unique event will feature all kinds of Kanye West-inspired art and a playlist of tracks inspired by the world-famous rapper.
Kanye West released his seventh studio album, The Life of Pablo, back in February through GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. Interestingly, the album was launched exclusively through the streaming service Tidal. After it was made available for streaming through this site, West continually revised and modified the mixes, describing the album as a “living breathing changing creative expression.”
Curated by Brianna T. and hosted by Taqee Bond, The Life of Pablo Art Exhibit will feature artwork by @ianwestart, @ethinaaa, @dddg_art, @domdollnyc, @mykhal, @luxury.zombie, @seanmrolle, @rebirthyoursoul, @ilikearttypegirl, and many other creatives. The event takes place on Thursday, May 19th from 7-11pm at the Avant Garde by MMC art gallery in New York City.
The art exhibit will be raising money and awareness for the non-profit organization, “The Kids League,” which provides performing and media arts workshops to children in low-income neighborhoods.
