The 15th annual TFF diverse jury will be divided amongΒ eleven competitive FestivalΒ categories.
Tribeca Film Festival announced today, April 6, its jury for the upcoming edition of the competition. The winners will be picked by film industry leaders, including award-winning actors, filmmakers, artists, writers, entrepreneurs and cultural influencers. Winners in each of the eleven categories will be announced atΒ TFF Awards Night ceremony on Thursday, April 21.Β
βThe Festivalβs goal is to bring diverse minds together to spark conversation,β said Jane Rosenthal, co-founder, Tribeca Film Festival, and Executive Chair, Tribeca Enterprises.Β βOur jurors are as unique and multi-faceted as the films they will judge.β
The list of jurors includes industry’s most renowned names likeΒ Mike Birbiglia, Danny Glover, Judy Greer, Chloe Grace Moretz, Sheila Nevins, Laura Poitras, Parker Posey, Jean Reno, Liev Schreiber, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Jennifer Westfeldt, Roger Ross Williams and Jessica Yu.
The eight TFF juries for the film and experiential storytelling categories will award $155,000 in cash and prizes.Β Announced last month, ten of the winners will also receive a work of original art by an acclaimed artist as part of the Tribeca Film Festival Artists Awards program, sponsored by CHANEL.
