Boys & Girls Harbor, a New York City leader in arts infused education, has been transforming young lives for over 75 years.
The organization is dedicated to providing all of its 1,000 students, starting as young as 18 months old through high school, comprehensive academic training while simultaneously nurturing each child’s creativity. The Boys & Girls Harbor Annual Salute to Achievement benefit raised almost $2 Million.
Executive Director of The Harbor Dr. Thomas Howard and event chair William A. Ackman honored David R. Weinreb, CEO, The Howard Hughes Corporation alongside event co-chairs Vanessa Williams, Anthony Ingrao, Steven Tisch, and Lyor Cohen. The evening was hosted by ABC anchor Sandra Bookman. Jennifer Hudson performed “Angel” and “Hallelujah” and Vanessa Williams sang “Colors of the Wind.”
