They danced the night away on the lush private VIP balcony that was set up exclusively for Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers. Drinks flowed along to the beat of the dj including curated cocktails and fine wines. The room below was filled with industry insiders and tastemakers who added to the grand appeal of being at one of the hottest tickets in town.
It was a brilliant night and it perfectly aligned with all that Chase Sapphire Reserve designs when it comes to consumer appreciation.

“Our card members are looking for once in their lifetime experiences. They’re looking for things that quote, unquote, money cannot buy, and that makes them feel elevated,” said Sam Palmer, general manager for Chase Sapphire.” We make them feel connected to other human beings. Make them feel connected to themselves. So if you look at the events and the places that we show up, that’s what we try to address.”
Chase Sapphire Reserve also proudly delivered on that promise with other events throughout the week including on Dec. 3 at the Faena Art Edible Library Dinner. Artist Es Devlin conceived a unique kinetic dinner within her monumental revolving sculpture, “Library of Us,” on Faena Beach with legendary Chef Francis Mallmann.

Each course was a collaboration between artist and chef: Devlin gave Mallmann a series of phrases from the most potent books within her library to translate into a series of dishes and asked him to make the library edible.
“Library of Us” on Faena Beach, was a 50-foot-wide rotating triangular bookshelf with 2,500 influential books. The installation includes a circular reflecting pool and a 70-foot-wide reading table, where visitors read Devlin’s personally annotated selections as their seats revolve, encouraging interaction. A 30-foot LED screen displayed phrases from 250 books, accompanied by Devlin’s voice and music by Polyphonia.
