Finding the oven in the city of selection allowed for lucky attendees to unlock a special cookie and be the first to taste Sticky, Not Stuck – a sticky toffee pudding and cookie hybrid created by Last Crumb in collaboration with Gordon Ramsay.
It was a delicious way to discover a grand showcase of cooking technology that has revolutionized the kitchen in a scrumptious fashion.
Four years in the making, HexClad launched its first-ever bakeware collection. Bringing its signature hybrid technology to a whole new category to be able to use it is to level up your personal chef vibe to the highest elevation. Hybrid Bakeware changes the classic baking tools we all know and makes for a new world of culinary excellence.

Imagine being in a space that gives you a world that makes your baking supreme. Whether you are a first time Instagram recipe user or you are on the path to becoming the next superstar pastry chef, this collection will have you feeling worthy of your very own cooking show.
The HexClad difference is found with the highly developed design elements including ceramic nonstick for easy food removal; even heat distribution for consistent baking; and heavy-duty, high-quality material resists warping at high temperatures.
“Bakeware has been one of the most requested categories from our customers, but solving it the HexClad way was much more complicated than simply taking our cookware and putting it in the oven,” said Daniel Winer, CEO and Co-Founder of HexClad. “We wanted the easy release people love about nonstick without the compromises they’ve come to accept. It took four years because we kept pushing until we had the right combination of nonstick performance, durability and consistency. If we’re going to enter a category, we want to raise the standard for it.”

HexClad reengineered its signature hybrid technology for the demands of baking, developing a new formulation of TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick that delivers effortless release while standing up to sustained oven temperatures. Each piece is metal-utensil safe and designed to resist warping, distribute heat evenly and deliver consistent performance bake after bake – all backed by HexClad’s industry-leading lifetime warranty.

Throughout development, the collection was rigorously tested by HexClad’s product and engineering teams, as well as members of its Global Culinary Council, including Gordon Ramsay, Massimo Bottura, Dominique Crenn, Nancy Silverton, Clare Smyth and Paul Ainsworth. Their feedback helped refine the collection under real-world cooking conditions and ensure it could deliver the level of performance demanded by professional chefs while remaining intuitive for home cooks.
