An elegant evening atop the Crown Building on Fifth Avenue set the scene for Helen Yarmak’s 2019 Spring/Summer Collection Presentation.
Yarmak’s luxurious fur coats lined the walls of her studio, situated beside her exclusive jewelry line. Jazz music filling the air, hors d’oeuvers and champagne were served to some of New York’s best and brightest celebrity designers, artists and models.
The night began with a mainstage presentation; models donned an array of animal prints and sleek, black night looks. Cool, feathery blues, ambers and pinks graced the stage; lightweight and delicate. Yarmak’s staple alternative coats made a comeback as well – pieces to be worn with a gown or a clean pantsuit easily doubled as a finishing touch to a casual but classy jeans and t-shirt combination.
Later in the evening as guests enjoyed the city skyline, young and spritely ballerinas danced along the balcony. Demonstrating the soft movement and versatility of her work, the girls wore Yarmak’s shorter coats – burgundy, bright oranges and deep reds. Some of the coats hooded, some classic, others simply draped over shoulders, the presentation did not fail to impress. Helen Yarmak’s 2019 Spring/Summer Collection is truly made for every occasion – always elegant, always moving forward.
Among those in attendance were: James Foley, Yarmak’s Marketing Coordinator, B. Michael and Mark-Anthony Edwards of b Michael America, model Brandi Quinones, Avril Graham, executive fashion and beauty editor, Veronica Webb, model, actress, writer and tv personality, Sarah Gargano, Ric Pipino, celebrity hair stylist and actor, artist P. Kash, and costume designer and consultant, Rosemary Ponzo.
