Halloween is not canceled! Sure, there might be a worldwide pandemic going on and our new normal has called for a few adjustments here and there, but the spirit is still alive and kicking.

Those in the SoCal area still have options when it comes to getting their spooky season fix. Haunt ‘O Ween LA is a family-friendly, immersive, and safe drive-thru experience.

Brought to you by Experiential Supply – one of Hollywood’s go-to’s for large scale event experiences – Haunt ‘O Ween isn’t just a scenic Halloween joy ride. The event features immersive installations, an interactive pumpkin patch where passengers can choose a (sanitized) pumpkin, and “door-to-door trick or treating” from the comfort of your car.

Don’t worry I know what you’re thinking. How can you trick or treat in a safe manner from your car? Well, at Haunt ‘O Ween cars drive by two “streets” stopping “door-to-door” while costumed and masked actors hand out candy from a distance using handled baskets. Not gonna lie being handed candy through a window felt interesting to say the least, but we’re all just trying to make the best of our situation and Haunt ‘O Ween really managed to do that in a fun, safe, creative manner.

There’s no reason why the tradition of getting candy on Halloween should be abandoned especially if it can be done in a safe way. The experience runs this whole month until the 31st and is open every day of the week. Those that are interested are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time as space is limited in support of safety measures. Haunt ‘O Ween is located at 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91367 right near the Westfield Topanga Mall, and more information can be found here.
