Seminole Hard Rock Hotels in both Tampa and Hollywood, Florida are gearing up for their October re-openings following dazzling updates and renovations to both properties.
Much talk has focused on the Hollywood resort, which has been dubbed “the guitar hotel” by locals who’ve become entranced by the erection of the 450 ft. guitar-shaped tower, boasting 638 luxury guestrooms and suites. Its new Oasis Tower offers guests an additional 168 rooms and exclusive swim-up suites partially submerged in water, which include butler service and a private pool.
Not to be outdone, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Tampa’s $700-million expansion features a new 14-story hotel tower with more than 500 rooms and suites, as well as an expanded Rock Spa & Salon that will take up the entire first floor of the new building. Its new event center will seat 1,500, and has already booked country favorite Keith Urban and R&B legend Smokey Robinson. Guests can also enjoy the 60,000-square-foot expanded pool deck with 3 pools — one for VIP, one for adults-only and one for families.
Its new grand entrance includes curved escalators and Hard Rock International’s 80,000th piece of memorabilia: Elvis Presley’s 24-karat gold-plated piano.
The Tampa property will open its new tower floor-by-floor as they finish, officially welcoming the masses October 3. To reserve your room at the Tampa location, click here.
