ADVANCE RED CARPET PREP
“For a big event like this one, I like to give my clients a good skincare system weeks in advance to get their skin in the best shape – it makes my job a lot easier! I gave Jon the NEW RéVive Masque De Glaise, ($125) to use prior to the Golden Globes.” Launching in April, this masque is infused with rich ingredients that purify, moisturize and cleanse the skin, removing any impurities.
DAY OF GROOMING ROUTINE
Cleanse & Tone
“After shaving, I had Jon wash his face with RéVive Gel Cleanser, ($75) to cleanse and invigorate the skin. Next, I applied RéVive Balancing Toner, ($65) to sooth and hydrate the skin.”
Moisturize
“In this cold weather, men need a rich moisturizer like RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream, ($195). However, for game day, I like to use RéVive Sensitif Oil Free Lotion, ($215) to leave the skin with a matte finish. Next, I applied RéVive Intensité Moisturizing Lip Balm, ($60) to his lips (it’s a product my clients always end up stealing from me!). Finally, I dabbedRéVive Intensité Les Yeux, ($225) to his eye area – leaving them looking completely refreshed.”
Groomer Jenn Streicher worked with John Krasinski to prep his skin and hair for the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards. Streicher noted, “John was going back and forth about the beard, but I was all for it. I thought the beard would look presentable on the red carpet paired with a cleaner hairstyle.”

Below, Streicher shares grooming tips and how to recreate Krasinski’s bearded look from this evening’s red carpet premiere.
HYDRATION
“John had just gotten off a flight this morning, so his skin was dehydrated. For added hydration, I turned to RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream Retexturizing Hydrator, ($195), which I love because it’s super lightweight and truly gets the job done. I gave him a jar to travel with moving forward.”
PREP TIME
“It took me 15-20 minutes to groom John’s face and hair. Guys don’t want the process to take long – they are antsy and they like to have everything done right before they walk out the door.”
MOISTURIZE
In addition to the RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream Retexturizing Hydrator, ($195), I also used RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Serum Nightly Repair Booster, ($235) and RéVive Intensité Les Yeux Firming Eye Cream, ($225). These are my go-to products and they are super easy to use on guys. Easy, breezy.”
FINAL TOUCHES
“To complete John’s look, I used a bit of Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen, ($44), which I applied with a moist beautyblender.”
THE BEARDED DIFFERENCE
“John has a big beard right now, so there is less skin to work with. You have to be careful with beards. If you do apply some sort of makeup, you need to make sure to ready blend the product in, as you don’t want any lines around the beard or any makeup to end up in the beard.”
Groomer Jenn Streicher worked with actor Chris Evans to achieve his bearded look at the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards. Below, Streicher shares her grooming tips and how to recreate Evans’ handsome look from this evening’s red carpet premiere.

SMART SKINCARE
“When grooming men, they don’t want to use a lot of product, so it has to be minimal and it has to work. Guys are basic – the less products, the better. To get anything on Chris’ skin is always a chore, so I choose my product very wisely.”
MOISTURIZE
“My go-to products are always RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream Retexturizing Hydrator, ($195) and RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Serum Nightly Repair Booster, ($235). I also use RéVive Intensité Les Yeux Firming Eye Cream, ($225) for the eye area. I love these products because they truly work – they aren’t overly fragrant, which makes them great to use on guys.”
PREP TIME
“It took me about 15-20 minutes to groom Chris’ face and hair. I’ve been working with Chris for 8-10 years, so it’s always super easy with him. He is extremely low-maintenance. He usually does his hair so well himself, that I just go over it quickly and then he is good to go.”
