Jennifer finds herself continually haunted by the abusive actions seen in the 2010 remake.
Sarah Butler has reprised her role as Jennifer Hills from the 2010 remake of I Spit on Your Grave, to bring us the aftermath of the gruesome events that took place 5 years prior.
We’re reintroduced to Jennifer, who in the first film (2010) unleashed a series of violent acts upon the five men who raped her. Promptly after her ordeal she moves to a new city, changes her name to Angela, and gets a desk job. Angela’s psychiatrist suggests that she start attending a support group for sexual abuse victims. There she meets the “black sheep” of the group Marla (Jennifer Landon), whom she becomes friends with.
All good things must come to an end, right? This friendship is short lived due to Marla presumably being murdered by her ex-boyfriend, which triggers Jennifer to go on a another vengeful episode towards any man near her. She baits and taunts known street rapists and lowlifes only to inflict violence upon them.
Through gruesome flashbacks and ultra-violent fantasy sequences, I Spit on Your Grave 3 shows you what’s really going through Jennifer Hills’/Angela’s mind.
The film also stars Doug McKeon, Gabriel Hogan, Harley Jane Kozak, Michelle Hurd, Russell Pitts, Walter Perez, and Karen Strassman.
