Washington D.C. is on fire right now thanks to the Grammy-nominated current #1 urban song “Crew” by Goldlink, Shy Glizzy, and Brent Faiyaz. Eager to turn the chart-topping movement into a streak, fellow D.C. recording artist F.A.M.E. is continuing the DMV hits coming with a hit of his own in the new song, “You Don’T Know”.
Finding the same magic as Goldlink with Shy Glizzy featured on the track, F.A.M.E. new single is expected to deliver similar success. The single, produced by June James, proves that F.A.M.E. (short for Finally Achieving My Excellence) lives by those words and applies that same effort to honing his craft which is evident in the song’s presentation.
“You Don’t Know” is the lead single to F.A.M.E.’s upcoming project slated for a 2018 reveal. Shy Glizzy is slated to hit the road with Goldlink beginning of 2018 on the “At What Cost Tour”. The tour is in support of Goldink’s March 2017 sophomore release.
