Mcdonald’s launched two new sizes of its legendary Big Mac with a rocking Hollywood bash.
The buxom Grand Mac and the sleek and smaller Mac Jr. delighted the capacity crowd. Voracious eaters had heaping helpings of them alongside those classic McDonald’s fries. No matter the situation: There’s a Big Mac for That!
Celebrities were in full effect. Mario Lopez climbed into the McRig food truck and took photos with the excited staff. Tobey Maguire popped in to check out the festivities, grooving to incredible live music performances. More on that later.
Ashton Irwin from 5 Seconds of Summer, model Shaun Ross and Teen Wolf actor Cody Saintgmue showed up for the party, as did former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo.
Delicious drinks flowed through the night. One could feel the crowd getting loose as the night progressed. Maybe it was just me.
Well-dressed revelers danced to DJ Arcade’s incredible mixes. People took photos with the stunning décor and giant signage. My favorite touch was giant chandeliers lined with Big Macs. Loved. That.
Justine Skye led off the live performances and wowed the crowed with her energy and top-notch songwriting. I’d heard of Justine, but she really won me over with her live show. She’s someone to watch.
Desiigner took the stage just after. He brought the charisma and joy he’s known for, playing huge hit after huge hit. “Timmy Turner” was almost meditative before exploding into crowd led chanting.
The incredible rapper brought a ton of people on stage for a couple numbers and the room went crazy. I couldn’t help but smile ear to ear. Water flew from the stage. It was chaotic in the best way. Pure Panda-monium.
We were in heaven by night’s end. I’ve been craving Macs in every size ever since.
