Veteran producer Debbie Durkin is in a league of her own when it comes to hosting red carpet lounges with a charitable purpose, and this year’s annual ECOLUXE pre-ESPYS Sports Lounge welcomed a diverse mix of pro athletes, celebrities, Olympians, tastemakers, and lifestyle brands at a Beverly Hills gated estate.

The exclusive, invite-only event created an immersive experience with red carpet arrivals, wellness services, food and drink, celebrity portraits, celebrity ambassadors, and adoptable pets to benefit charity partner Dr. Melissa Brunson alongside Marley’s Mutts Dog Rescue Ranch (50 1c3 non-profit).

From NFL greats and Olympians to Emmy-nominated actors and influential creators, the crowd represented an intersection of sports and entertainment. Red carpet attendees included Gilles Marini (1923, Sex and the City), Jasmin Davis (The Chi), Willie Gault (2x Olympian, Super Bowl winner Chicago Bears/LA Raiders), former NFL pros like Matt Vanderbeek, Keelan Doss, and Jarrod Bunch, golfer Jami Morris, content creator Skully Godd, Olympians like Crystal Drew and snowboarder Brittany Gilman, fitness champ Madison Chase, Savage Davis (BET Rampage), actors Eric Geynes, Christian Isiah, Donovan Carter, Louis Lombardi and many more.

Wellness in the Spotlight
A core feature of the lounge was the Integrative Peptides Wellness Lounge by Dr. Kent Holtorf, MD, where many guests enjoyed elite rejuvenation treatments including muscle-enhancing peptides, PEMF therapy, red light therapy, and personalized wellness consults. Think red carpet meets retreat.

Beauty Breakthrough: Man Labs Skincare
Man Labs Skincare was on hand to give glow-up energy. The skincare line was designed for men (it’s kinda in the branding, but they say it can also be used for women). Man Labs was launching their Titan Sport Kits for Men, an American-made, anti-aging skincare line. Celebrity esthetician Shekinah Garner and Sarper Guven (90 Day Fiancé) gave guests hands-on mini treatments.

Bites and Sips
Athletes who spend all day burning cardio need a little sweet treat now and then. Heck, even non-athletes who don’t spend all day burning cardio could use something sweet. The veteran-owned Anita’s Kitchen Co. was serving handcrafted Southern-inspired confections, including sweet brownie bites to tempt guests while Detroit’s own Sly Fox Pizzaiolo whipped up wood-fired pizzas, pasta, and a salad buffet.

Purpose Meets Play
As always, Debbie infused the event with heart. Charity partner Dr. Melissa Brunson teamed up with Marley’s Mutts Dog Rescue Ranch to spotlight adoptable pups and raise awareness for animal welfare.

Celebrity Psychic Medium Lynn Darmon offered guests special readings while DJ William Reed kept the music going, and guests gathered around a large table, sharing pizza, salads, and casual conversation. The lounge isn’t always about photo ops or press, but people connecting with each other.
