Crunch Time in NYC: Dylan Efron’s Latest Partnership with WASA Brings Summer Camp Nostalgia to the City

This summer, Dylan Efron and WASA are launching an experience like no other in New York City. Their new partnership blends health and well-being with a touch of nostalgia, inviting you to discover the ultimate summer camp escape.

‘The Traitors’ star Dylan Efron celebrated the launch of Wasa’s first-ever lightly flavored, round crispbread— Crisp Creations — by attending Wasa Camp Crunch on Governors Island in New York City, kicking off a summer of snacking with a bold and crunchy twist. Wasa’s new Crisp Creations crispbreads are crackers with a modern take—lightly flavored, extra-large, and satisfyingly crunchy, available in Cinnamon and Sesame & Sea Salt. (photo courtesy: Wasa®)

For Dylan Efron, a busy year isn’t a challenge to overcome; it’s the fuel that keeps him pushing forward. He consistently dives into new projects, from his popular travel series to his win on The Traitors, and now, his collaboration with WASA.

It’s the busiest I’ve ever been, which is really fun for me. I’ve been traveling a lot this year in different ways, and doing a lot of fun things that are pushing me outside of my comfort zone.”

This commitment to new experiences perfectly aligns with WASA’s latest creation. The brand is introducing Crisp Creations, their first-ever lightly flavored, round crispbread, a modern take on their century-old tradition. This healthy snack is a natural fit for Dylan’s active lifestyle. As he shares, “It’s perfect, because it’s organic to me. It’s a snack I already eat a lot.”

To truly capture the crispness of Crisp Creations, WASA pulled out all the stops, releasing an ASMR soundtrack that features a voiceover from Dylan. Recording this soundtrack was an adventure in itself for Dylan. Laughing, he shared, “When I was recording it, I did not think I was doing it right.” However, after hearing the final product, he’s ready for an encore, stating he’s “definitely down to do it more.”

But Dylan’s adventure with WASA didn’t stop there. The brand brought the ultimate summer experience to life with Wasa Camp Crunch, a flavor-packed glamping retreat on Governors Island in New York City. More than just an event, this one-of-a-kind experience offered campers the perfect nostalgic getaway.”My favorite memories from childhood were all from camp. It was the best part of every year,” he recalled. So, when the opportunity arose to relive those moments, his response was immediate: “Being able to go back to summer camp, I was like, sign me up.”

(‘The Traitors’ winner!) attended Wasa Camp Crunch on Governors Island in New York City to celebrate the brand’s first-ever lightly flavored, round crispbread— Crisp Creations — participating in a variety of traditional camp games with a crunchy twist. However, when Dylan isn’t winning tug-of-war at Wasa Camp Crunch, he’s actively pursuing growth and pushing his boundaries. His recent win on season three of The Traitors offered him the opportunity to step into a new kind of spotlight.

Through his time on the show, he experienced significant personal development; for him, “the biggest growth…was confidence.” With this newfound confidence and his innate adventurous spirit, Dylan is eager to conquer even more, fueling his desire to keep pushing boundaries.

I want to keep proving to myself that I can do it all.”

Looking ahead, Dylan teased a busy year full of exciting projects he can’t quite share yet, but he did reveal his long-term aspirations. True to his passion for exploration and sharing travel content, he aims to create his show.

I want to do a travel adventure show or a show that puts me in a spot where I can learn and share that growth with the audience.”

With a genuine blend of kindness, adventurous spirit, and newfound confidence, Dylan Efron embodies the very essence of well-being and exploration that WASA Crisp Creations aims to inspire. This collaboration champions a lifestyle where health, adventure, and simple pleasures collide, inspiring us all to venture into new experiences with enthusiasm. So, what are you waiting for? It’s crunch time!

Wasa Crisp Creations crackers are currently available at select retailers like Shop Rite, Food Lion, Hyvee, Stop & Shop as well as online at Amazon, and will be rolling out later this year at Kroger and Amazon Fresh.
