The 2025 US Open tennis tournament has reached its halfway mark, but there’s still plenty of time to see the world’s top tennis players in action at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York. While attending the prestigious Grand Slam event, many spectators can be treated to numerous perks and entertaining activations thanks to Chase.
Chase has been a proud sponsor of the US Open for a whopping 44 years and the company is providing its members outstanding hospitality. Ahead of the thrilling matches—or after—cardmembers can retreat to the Chase Lounge where guests can rest and recharge in a spacious and air-conditioned premium space that features comfortable plush couches, large screen TVs and table tops for eating, and clean bathrooms. Complimentary snacks such as small fruit cups, croissants, pastries, candy from the beloved shop Lil Sweet Treat and non-alcoholic drinks such as lemonade and iced tea are available for all. Those looking for some alcohol, there’s a cash bar. As guests fuel up on food and drinks, they can see up close live ESPN broadcast moments recorded onsite from the Lounge. And each guest gets a free branded US Open and Chase hat to take home as a souvenir.

Located near the East Gate entrance of the tennis center, reservations are required to enter the lounge and can be made at 9 am the day prior to each session at chasegetsyourcloser.com. The space will be open through session 19 and guests are allowed in-and-out throughout their reservation session. While there isn’t a live view of matches from the lounge itself, many large screens provide live coverage.
For those desiring an outdoor setting, the Chase Terrace offers customers sweeping views of the outer courts while you relax and enjoy a refreshment. Located on the backside of the Grandstand, the intimate space offers shade from the hot sun and sofas provide comfortable seating. Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. A cash bar is available as well. Also offered at the terrace are free gifts such as a fancy, blade-less hanging neck fan, hand sanitizer, facial mist and sunscreen. Space is limited and access is on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to arrive early and reserve a spot at this mini oasis.

The perks don’t end there. Check out the Chase Booths on the Fountain Plaza to grab a free, portable mobile charger to rent so that your phone has enough power to take selfies and capture all the exciting moments at the Open. All fans, even non-cardmembers, can rent the hand sized charger. Another station is located at the Chase Charging Zone by the main entry of the tennis center if the Fountain Plaza location is busy. And a friendly reminder, don’t forget to return chargers before you leave the grounds!
Another freebie available to all is from artist Anastasia Inciardi, who went viral for her vending machines that distribute her mini-sized artwork prints. She has created exclusive Chase x US Open themed prints and the vending machine dispensing the art can be found at the Chase Terrace and also at the Chase Booth. A special automated machine has been set up at the booth that gives guests special prizes like sticker sheets, folding fans and seat upgrades, in addition to Inciardi’s prints.

Beyond the tennis courts, Chase has collaborated with artist Shakira Javonni on a tennis themed collection that celebrates women’s tennis and American tennis player Althea Gibson, who was the first Black player to win a Grand Slam event (the French Open). The collection is available to purchase at round21.com, so make sure to buy the merch and wear it for the next match at the US Open.
Chase has really stepped up by offering tennis fans a luxury lifestyle experience at the US Open. As guests relax in their cardmember lounge with complimentary food and drinks, have access to free use of mobile phone chargers, and win cool swag from their ATM-like kiosk, attendees will definitely have the time of their lives thanks to Chase.
