For those of us on the East Coast during Oscar season, there’s a clear winner for the best place to view Hollywood’s biggest night: the restaurant with the most, even the name! On Sunday, Oscar Wilde NYC once again hosted a night to remember with its Annual Oscars Viewing Party.

The iconic venue lived up to its reputation as a go-to spot for a sophisticated evening, featuring all the hallmarks of a lavish Hollywood affair. The always-stunning restaurant was decked out with glamorous Oscar-themed decor, including a Red Carpet and step-and-repeat where guests stopped by to share their outfit details and award predictions for the evening.

The best part about an Oscar party is getting to play along, and guests got to do exactly that! Each table was equipped with a ballot for guests to fill out, and whoever had the most correct predictions won a $150 gift card to the restaurant!

The event featured an exclusive Oscars menu, which featured 10 signature cocktails, all named for the iconic best picture nominations. From the rich, savory darkness of the A Complete Unknown drink, to the rich and tasty Mezcal notes of Nickel Boys, there was a tasty treat for everyone, no matter what was written on your ballot. With screens all over the lavish party, there were no bad seats in the house to view the show.

As the red carpet kicked off at the Dolby, the event’s live jazz band started playing, adding to the beautifully immersive experience. The event was truly such an incredible tribute to the cinema, media and music that tie us all together, and there could not have been a more beautiful atmosphere to be front and center for it. It was truly the perfect place to watch the show!
