Popcorn is my favorite food. That’s the first and last bit of information on ALL my dating profiles. Okay? So when I got invited to SNAX-Sational brands’ premiere popcorn Cookie Pop and Candy Pop’s poolside soirée at the W Hollywood, it was an easy yes for me, dawg.
They were celebrating their newest retail launch into Ralphs stores across LA and Kroger stores nationwide. I could spend years on my love of Ralphs, but that’s for another time.
The party had the three essential p’s: it was posh, Poppin and popcorn-rich. Vanderpump Rules’ James Kennedy was a revelation on the decks, DJ’ing some very-ill remixes and generally being the most fun person in the room. His co-star and girlfriend Raquel Leviss was also on hand. She glowed!
Adam Cohen, aka The Snaxpert aka CMO of Snax-Sational Brands, was a sensational host; really made me and all the guests feel welcome. Open bar didn’t hurt, either!
This popcorn is freaking magnificent. On scene was OREO Cookie Pop, TWIX Candy Pop, Snickers Candy Pop, Butterfinger Candy Pop, M&M’s Minis Candy Pop, a veritable cornucopia of good-eating. My faves were OREO (finished half of a big bag by myself) and Snickers, but that certainly causes those are my two fave candies of the bunch, generally. Heart wants what it wants!
