Among the many success stories is Melanie, a Genesys Works alumna and graduate of Baruch College with a degree in Finance and a minor in Communication Studies. Growing up in a low-income household, she watched her mother struggle financially and dreamed of helping others achieve financial stability. Today, she trades corporate and government bonds a career she once believed was out of reach.
