Welcome to Soho: Thursday Boot Co. Unveils Their New Flagship at 45 Crosby Street Last night, I had the pleasure of being invited—once again—on behalf of Thursday Boot Co. to experience their exclusive Whiskey Tasting & Preview at their brand-new store in Soho. Held from 6 PM to 8 PM at 45 Crosby Street, the event marked a stylish rebirth for the brand, blending timeless craftsmanship with the modern energy of downtown New York.
From the moment I stepped into the space, I was greeted by a warm, familiar team and a beautifully designed interior. The store exudes sophistication, from the blueish-toned walls and couches to the new, unexpected additions on the racks—like suede gray belts, sky-blue accessories, and fresh spring-ready jackets. This isn’t just a new location; it’s a new era.
The Spirit of Thursday: More Than Just a Day, It’s a Vibe
There’s something symbolic about Thursdays. It’s that sweet spot in the week where you’ve earned your rest, but the night still holds promise. Thursday Boot Co. has built its brand on this energy—where function meets form, and hard work meets self-expression.
In New York, cool doesn’t have an age. It’s a vibration, an intention, a way of being. And as a proud member of New York’s Cool Kids Club, I felt right at home sipping whiskey and diving deep into conversations that reminded me how powerful real human connection can be.
Authentic Conversations with Layton Lamel
One of the night’s unexpected highlights came when I introduced myself to Layton Lamel—an influencer, model, and actor I’ve followed on Instagram, and who collaborates with Thursday Boot Co. Seated stylishly on one of the new store’s couches, he was even more grounded and soulful in person than he is online.
At just 24, his optimism, depth, and drive reminded me of my younger self. We chopped it up about growth, influence, and how our art and presence can create genuine impact. Our exchange wasn’t just a surface-level “nice to meet you.” It was the kind of dialogue that leaves a mark—a real moment of mutual recognition between creatives navigating this industry with purpose.
A Moment with Ralph Souffrant
I also had the pleasure of meeting Ralph Souffrant, an iconic model whose calm energy stood out in the room. In a city where conversations can feel transactional, ours felt rooted and real. We discovered we’re both of Haitian descent, adding another layer of resonance to the night. Ralph’s creative essence, unique look, and thoughtful nature made our exchange both personal and inspiring.
Bourbon & Boots: A Vibe Worth Toasting To
Thursday Boot Co. curated an evening that went far beyond fashion. It was a vibe—whiskey flowing, boots being tried on, and stories being shared. Whether you’re a longtime fan of the brand or new to the scene, this event was a stylish reminder that style is community, not just clothing.
With their 2025 collection now officially in rotation, Thursday Boot Co. continues to deliver premium leather goods that fit every journey—be it personal growth, creative collaboration, or a Thursday night out in Soho.
To the Cool Kids of New York:
Next time you’re in Soho, pull up to 45 Crosby Street. Sip something smooth, try on something classic, and remember—Thursdays are still for the cool kids.
And be on the lookout—i’m planning to create more content with the brand and bring you some amazing in-store events featuring live DJ sets, Thursday Boots, and bourbon, all set to the perfect spring soundtrack. Details will follow soon, but in the meantime, make sure you stay tapped in and follow Thursday Boot Co. on their socials to stay updated.
Let’s keep the energy going. See you next Thursday.
