TIDAL took over theatre eight in iPic Fulton Street Market for a super low-key screening of A Boogie’s three part documentary A Boogie vs. Artist. Clips of tour bus banter, sound checks, and exchanges with his fans depicted a honest picture of the Bronx native’s journey with fame; also showing how he balances his career and fatherhood.

The Insta-famous flowers, a.k.a Offsets $15,000 apology flowers to Cardi B, now come in bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières in various colors; perfect for weddings and prom season.
In honor of level 5,000, King held a press trip in their home office in Stockholm, Sweden on June 25, 2019.
A schoolyard rhyme once reminded all children that “Girls go to college to get more knowledge, boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider.” While “stupider” isn’t a word and boys attend college as well, the taunting chant acknowledged many young women taking a hold of their future despite what men were doing. This is true for Game Artist and Netherlands native, Sandra da Cruz Martins, who designs characters, storylines, and settings for Candy Crush and continues to thrive in a male-dominated field.
When he isn’t acting as Chief Development Officer at the King office or trying to beat level 1,307 of Candy Crush, Tjodolf Sommestad finds himself exercising and trying to get into golf. “I’m getting old,” he said, “I thought now might be the time as the kids are getting older.” The Candy Crush veteran first started working for King back in 2011. As he moved up the company ladder, Sommestad was able to see the development of the game from many angles which is why The Knockturnal had to sit with the Chief himself to get a view of the 5,000th level celebration from where he’s standing.
Check out my travel diary as I fly to Stockholm, Sweden where I learn all about Candy Crush development at the King office and explore the wonderful city!
