Exclusive: Caitriona Balfe, Jamie Dornan, Kenneth Branagh, Jude Hill, & Ciaran Hinds Talk ‘Belfast’ [VIDEO]
Caitriona Balfe, Jamie Dornan, Sir Kenneth Branagh, Jude Hill, and Ciaran Hinds attend the premiere of the Belfast movie at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, California on Monday.
You’ll laugh! You’ll cry! You’ll cheer as it wins all of the trophies next award show season!
Watch the interview above.
Set in the late 1960s, Belfast is a semi-autobiographical tale from Sir Kenneth Branagh that explores the life of a/his charming working-class family during The Troubles in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Belfast’s Los Angeles premiere saw most of the stars walk the red carpet with the exception of Dame Judi Dench. PS. We missed you!
Bite-size star Jude Hill plays a young Sir Kenneth Branagh in the film and walked the carpet with a beautiful mystery blonde… ok, it was his Mom but she was still beautiful and mysterious. Jude was 9 when he landed the life-changing role. He’s 11 now. A man. Jude told The Knockturnal‘s Kinsey Schofield that he was initially a little nervous to work with Kenneth but the Harry Potter star turned out to be “such a nice guy.” I can concur!
Upon mention of a recent Variety article comparing Branagh to Walt Disney, George Clooney, and Warren Beatty, the writer/director responds, “It’s beautifully insane!”
Ciaran Hinds, who is also from Belfast, discusses what he discovered about his own family tree and what it’s like to recreate someone that someone else once loved. Hinds seemed most excited for American audiences to get a peek at the Belfast movie!
Last but not least, we ask Caitriona Balfe and Jamie Dornan what it is like to recreate someone’s life in front of them… plus we check on Jamie’s wifi situation.
YOU GET AN OSCAR, YOU GET AN OSCAR, YOU GET AN OSCAR.
Belfast is in theaters on November 12, 2021, and stars Caitriona Balfe, Jamie Dornan, Jude Hill, Judi Dench, and Ciaran Hinds.

Time to get this party startled! ?
Kiernan Shipka stars in the first podcast movie from C13Features podcast movie studio titled Treat! Treat is a 90-minute podcast… movie about two teenage siblings dealing with a dysfunctional household on top of a spooktacular Halloween legend. Creepin’ it real, the script is super scary. But in the most fun way!
If you’re asking yourself, “What is a podcast movie?” You’re not alone. It’s a newer entertainment medium based on one of Hollywood’s earliest pursuits, radio shows! Think Lucille Ball in My Favorite Husband (pre I Love Lucy.)
Convenient and fun, just pop in your AirPods and close your eyes. You will escape to a sleepy little town where everybody knows your name and Halloween is the perfect excuse to eat, drink, and be scary. Kiernan narrates as character Allie West. When she’s not dodging the school bully, she’s avoiding mummy or mommy of the year. Her Mom has been a hot mess ever since their father left and Allie has taken on more responsibility. Little did she know, someone… or something has other plans for her.
Kiernan tells The Knockturnal‘s Kinsey Schofield that navigating acting throughout a podcast movie can be quite ghoul-ing but she enjoyed the exercise. Overall, she found the experience fa-BOO-lous!
Accompanying Kiernan, Treat features David Shih, Noah Robbins, Marc Menchaca, Kyle Beltran, Peggy J. Scott, Christa Scott-Reed, Ryan Buggle, Sara Echeagaray, Bill Lobley, Renata Friedman, Marin Ireland, and Wayne Knight.
Listen to Kiernan Shipka’s Treat whenever you get your podcasts on October 25, 2021! Happy Halloween! ?

Have you ever felt flooded with guilt for immediately unsubscribing from a mailing list after utilizing the coupon code that you got for subscribing to their mailing list?
If the answer is yes then expect to experience a rollercoaster of emotions while watching Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste in Queenpins. Queenpins is based on a real-life multimillion-dollar criminal couponing bust that happened in Phoenix, Arizona. (Kirby’s got love for Phoenix, literally! Watch the interview to find out why. ?)
It was a brazen scheme. $25 million in counterfeit coupons. Can they get away with it?
Kristen Bell tells The Knockturnal‘s Kinsey Schofield, this is one of those unique films where you actually end up rooting for the good girls gone bad. She explains, “What excited me so much about the movie was, it is a dream come true to receive a script that the cover page says, ‘Based on true events.’ Because, you know, humanity is often stranger than fiction.”
“By the time they start their illegal empire, you are 100% on the side of the criminals and I think that’s rare that a movie can accomplish that.”
Both certified saints, Kirby and Kristen fess up to teenage naughtiness! “Have you ever taken anything that doesn’t belong to you?” Asks Kinsey, “Yes, not from another person!” insists Kirby. “No, but like, in high school… for sure,” admits Kristen.
“I guess, maybe, because I’m so scared of breaking the rules in real life, that I kind of like doing movies about breaking the rules,” Kristen tells The Knockturnal.
Kirby and Kristen talk Queenpins, Dateline, and dance contests in the interview above. Enjoy!
Queenpins stars Kristen Bell, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Bebe Rexha, Dayo Okeniyi, Joel McHale, Paul Walter Hauser, and Vince Vaughn, and premieres in theaters on September 10th, 2021.

If the answer is yes then expect to experience a rollercoaster of emotions while watching Bebe Rexha in Queenpins. Queenpins is based on a real-life multimillion-dollar criminal couponing bust that happened in Phoenix, Arizona. Bebe plays Tempe Tina, a hardcore hacker that helps Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptist with their coupon scheme. We probably haven’t seen a hacker this hot since Angelina Jolie in… well… Hackers!
Bebe talked Tempe Tina to The Knockturnal‘s Kinsey Schofield, “Playing this character, she is extremely, like, in your face. She’s all about the business. She’s not trying to waste time, she’s trying to just get straight to the money. Make her money. Do her thing and move right along. That’s what I loved about this character. She’s just super strong, super kick-ass, and it kind of reminds me of the people I was surrounded by in New York. And you know, I’m from New York too. It’s just that energy that I love, so yeah, I love playing a badass chick!”
While Tempe Tina might an identity thief, Bebe likes to play by the rules! “Have you ever stolen something?” asked Kinsey, “Probably when I was younger. I think I stole gum or something from the store and my mom freaked out and like made me bring it back. You know when you were a baby and you would just grab,” admits the award-winning musician. “Other than that, not really! I’m too much of a scaredy-cat to steal something!” “You’re a good girl!” Kinsey reiterates,
