ALL(H)OURS on ‘No Doubt’: Diving Into Momentum and Goals

The band harnesses tour momentum for new EP

ALL(H)OURS returned from their first North American tour and immediately started channeling that momentum into their latest EP, No Doubt. The release holds an emotional, intense and driven sound that reflects the group’s vision.

From rehearsing choreography in hotel rooms to refining tracks on the road, the seven members, KUNHO, YOUMIN, XAYDEN, MINJE, MASAMI, HYUNBIN, and ON:N, poured their all into the project. The focus track, “DEAD MAN WALKING,” shows that effort, pairing an intense, high-impact sound with a message about pushing forward despite feeling lifeless.

Its accompanying music video leans into dark red and black visuals, creating an eerie, hard-to-look-away feel.

Another standout element of the EP is its unit tracks, which split the group into hip-hop and vocal teams to highlight individual strengths not always fully showcased in full-group songs.

Read about the impact of the North American tour on the mini-album, the unit tracks, and the group’s favorite moments from the EP below.

You just wrapped up your North American tour and are already diving into your new mini-album, NO DOUBT. What was it like jumping straight back into a release cycle after being on the road? Was the preparation for NO DOUBT happening simultaneously with the tour, or did the recording process begin once you returned?

HYUNBIN: This was actually our first time making a comeback right after finishing a tour, and it was honestly such a fun experience. While we were on tour, we worked on songs in our hotel rooms and practiced new choreography whenever we had time. Preparing for an album like this kept us really busy, but I think it helped us grow closer as a team and made the comeback preparation more enjoyable.

Speaking of the tour, how did it feel to experience that international love firsthand? Were there any specific “learning moments” or memorable fan interactions from the tour that you kept in mind while preparing for this comeback?

YOUMIN: I had a moment of realization during our tour, which happened when I was on stage. I was performing our prepared choreography on stage, but I noticed a fan who was just completely immersed in the music, moving freely to the rhythm. The moment we made eye contact, I realized that beyond just executing what I prepared, it was also important to truly enjoy the stage with the fans. Since then, I’ve been able to feel and enjoy every performance even more.

The title track, “DEAD MAN WALKING,” has such a powerful, dark energy. What was the core inspiration behind this track? Are any of the members particularly big fans of horror or dark concepts in movies and art?

XAYDEN: I’ve always liked horror movies, and even when I watch superhero or animated films, I tend to be more drawn to villains than heroes. So naturally, rather than being inspired by just one specific character, I think all the evil characters I’ve seen over time inspired me for this concept.

The music video is incredibly intense, with explosions, dark imagery, and even some “bloody” elements. This is your darkest visual concept to date. Was it easy to step into these roles, or did you find the “creepy” nature of the shoot challenging? (Also, the fans have to know: Is that cockroach from the video still alive after all of that?)

MINJE: Each of us was given a character, and I had to express a lazy, sluggish vibe, which wasn’t too easy but not that difficult either. I actually like that kind of laid-back feeling, and I tend to be a bit low-energy in my everyday life too, so it felt quite natural. As for the cockroach, we definitely took care of it, but with how resilient it is, who knows if it’ll come back to life.

The EP features “Piece of Me,” which has such a satisfying, melodic sound. Since some tracks on this album highlight specific members or units, does each member have a personal favorite song they worked on? What makes that specific track special to you?

KUNHO: “Piece of Me.” I really liked how the lyrics have a double meaning with a slightly sexy vibe. I personally love MASAMI’s line that goes, “If it’s you, everything tastes sweet even if I drink all day.”

YOUMIN: “Piece of Me.” I usually listen to a lot of R&B, so I ended up liking it the most.

XAYDEN: “Cause I’m Insane.” I participated in writing the lyrics and composing the track, and I really enjoy putting my own story into music. This song captures all the ups and downs I went through during my trainee days, so it means the most to me.

MINJE: I like “Piece of Me” because it’s a style I usually enjoy listening to, and I was really satisfied with how it turned out during recording.

MASAMI: “My Spring, My Light, My Breath.” Whenever I listen to this song, I get emotional, and it reminds me of all the memories we’ve shared with our Min(ut)es.

HYUNBIN: “Cause I’m Insane.” I think it really captures the emotions we experienced during our trainee days.

ON:N: “My Spring, My Light, My Breath.” It’s a song that conveys our love for our fans, and since we personally participated in writing the lyrics, it feels even more sincere and special to me.

Your track “Cause I’m Insane” is an anthem for ambition and resilience despite feeling lonely or overwhelmed by responsibilities. When exploring these lyrics and concepts, how do you all remain vulnerable and honest?

HYUNBIN: The song, “Cause I’m Insane,” is based on our authentic emotions and experiences we went through as trainees, so I think we were naturally able to express our honest emotions and thoughts in the song.

I’d love to hear more about the unit tracks on this album. How are these units chosen, and how do you feel these smaller pairings allow you to showcase a different side of the “ALL(H)OURS touch” compared to your full-group songs?

YOUMIN: For the unit tracks, we divided ourselves into hip-hop and vocal units because we wanted to showcase our unique rap and vocals that we weren’t able to fully present through ALL(H)OURS’ group songs. These unit tracks let you take a deeper look into each member’s emotions. Since everyone has such strong individuality, you get to hear unique and unexpected combinations, which makes it really fun to listen to. Especially the track that mixes a rap line with a vocal member has a unique dynamic that makes it more engaging. Please look forward to more diverse unit tracks in the future!

Since the new EP is titled NO DOUBT, let’s play a little game. If you had to finish this sentence to a brand-new listener, what would you say: ‘There is NO DOUBT that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you will…? Give me your most confident, ‘flex-worthy’ reason why people shouldn’t sleep on this comeback!

KUNHO: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you’ll fall right into ALL(H)OURS. Nothing can stop ALL(H)OURS, a group that keeps moving forward without doubting ourselves. We’ve been preparing for this leap, and I believe this comeback will be a powerful turning point for us.

YOUMIN: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you’ll be listening to our songs every day! With our addictive sound and strong concept, once you hear it, you won’t be able to stop!

XAYDEN: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you will fall in love with us!

MINJE: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you’ll get hooked on ALL(H)OURS. We worked really hard on this comeback, and I think it’s an album that’s really fun to watch and enjoy with our distinct concept! Please check it out!

MASAMI: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you will keep coming back to us again and again.

HYNBIN: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you’ll fall in love with ALL(H)OURS. This comeback is full of bold and experimental challenges for us, so please make sure to check it out!

ON:N: There’s no doubt that if you check out ALL(H)OURS, you’ll find yourself screaming and cheering without even realizing it!

With a successful tour behind you and a brand-new EP out now, what are the group’s main goals for the remainder of 2026? Do you have a final message for your fans who have been supporting you through this busy year?

YOUMIN: Our biggest goal for 2026 is to win first place on a music show! It won’t be easy, but if we keep working even harder than we are now, it will be incredibly rewarding to accomplish this goal. And to our Min(ut)es who have supported us all this time, your love always gives us strength and helps us perform better every time. Thanks to you, we’ve also made so many unforgettable memories. We’ll never forget those moments and the love you’ve shown to us, and ALL(H)OURS will continue to give our all with sincerity! We love you!
