This past weekend big time real-estate tycoon Aby Rosen celebrated his newest property opening, The Blond at 11 Howard in New York City.

The launch of the lavish and intimate lounge included a series of private parties for friends and family hosted by Aby Rosen and his son Charlie Rosen and co-hosted by Martha Hunt, Jasmine Tookes, Jordan Barrett and Chase Carter. The festivities were followed by a concluding bash for neighborhood guests and friends of Creative Directors, Angelo Bianchi and Julio Montero.
As guests ascended the grand staircase that led to The Blond they were adorned with Attoe’s sculpture, Complicated Animals, made of neon lights, animation, wires and transformers. Once inside party goers enjoyed the plush velvet furniture lined lounge that was designed by Anda Andrei with Space Copenhagen, and windowsills lined with bonze-faced statue heads by sculptor Charming Baker.
Some of the guests who attended this grand event include Sean Avery, Andre Harrell, Clifford Ross, Holly Fowler, Sydie Lansing, Hailey Baldwin, Cecile Casablancas, RJ King, Jason Beckman and many more.
The launching of The Blond precedes the grand opening of Rosen’s newest hotel 11 Howard. The SoHo based hotel will begin welcoming guests starting April 2016.
