Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of capturing the last night of the 50 Cent residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

His residency had controversy as one TikTok influencer based in Las Vegas, took it upon herself to share how bad the show was in her experience being an “avid fan.”

My experience was quite the opposite of everything she shared — I was thoroughly entertained. Onlookers felt like we were watching our favorite award show with the best production, stage.design, sound quality, choreography, and showmanship all wrapped up and led by the household name, talented artist and business mogul Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. The crowd stood the entire show. . . E N E R G Y!

As a Queens, New York native it was imperative that I caught this residency as it’s another milestone in his career. I am also an avid fan I was blown away, but just how many hits he has from mixtapes to crossover Pop culture songs. His Setlist did not disappoint and he had something for everyone in that audience which by the way was so diverse and amazing to watch engaged with him as he hit performed hit after hit. He also brought out Flo Rida and Jeremih, which were great surprises. And let’s not get into the actual fit changes 50 changes look so many times — he did not come to play. I’m hoping that this is not the last of his tours and; we even got a sneak peek into new music.

Highlights from the Setlist:

  • What Up Gangsta
  • Wanksta
  • I Get Money
  • I’m Rap’s MVP
  • Magic Stick
  • P.I.M.P.
  • Candy Shop
  • This Is How We Do
  • Window Shopper
  • Many Men
  • Big Rich Town (Power Theme)
  • Down on Me
  • If I Was Your Friend
  • Club Hits Medley
