Celebrate your Thanksgiving weekend with “Sing Saturday.”
Illumination Entertainment, Universal Pictures, and AMC Theatres have partnered up to bring “the biggest advance-screening program in Universal’s history,” to the public.
On Saturday, November 26, the public is invited to celebrate their Thanksgiving weekend with an advance-screening of Sing, in an event called Sing Saturday.
Movie goers are encouraged to see the film Sing, free of charge to the first 200 people in line, participating at AMC Theaters. at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Sing is an animated movie with an all-star cast, which includes Oscar Winners Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon. Other actors include Well as Seth MacFarlane, Scarlett Johansson, John C. Reilly, Taron Egerton and Tori Kelly.
McConaughey plays the character of a theatre-loving koala named Buster Moon, who has one final chance to produce the world’s greatest singing competition, in a movie set full animals.
Mike (Seth MacFarlane, a mouse, and Rosita (Reese Witherspoon), a mother pig who is over-whelmed from raising her 25 piglets, are among the contestants who enter Buster’s singing competition to take a shot at fame.
Brought to you by the creators of Despicable Me and The Lorax and Director Garth Jennings, Sing is set to hit the big screen nationwide on December 21, 2016.

The movie also features 65 hits songs and is produced by Meledandri and Janet Healy.
