Boston is a town that is full of fascinating history, captivating food lover moments, as well as riveting events in sports and music.

In the heart of it all is a groovy pulsation keeping the beat going on and on. The Verb Hotel in Boston (1271 Boylston Street) is by far the best option for travel stay in the city. While the accommodations are superb there is much more that comes with a room key here. You are also getting an offering of one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods on the east coast.

On a recent trip to Boston our two-night stay at The Verb proved time and time again that steps away was an opportunity for an incredible adventure.

Upon arrival check-in and enjoy a quick dip in the coolest pool in the city before rinsing off and going for an early pre-game dinner at Tiger Mama (1363 Boylston Street). This Southeast Asian fantasy venue with funky Tiki vibes and vivacious dishes will have you singing praises for Chef Tiffani Faison.

Just steps away you will find Fenway Stadium. Any game at the legendary sports arena will leave you joyfully rooting for baseball even if the Red Sox are not your team. You may get to see David Ortiz hit his 536th home run against the Baltimore Orioles, or even witness a romantic engagement on the jumbotron. And, even better is there is no worry about parking since the walk back to the motel is less than five minutes.

After a perfect night of sports, get plenty of sleep in your comfy bed and get ready for a follow-up venture full of history and rock and roll fun.

Breakfast at Hojoko in the hotel is fantastic. Healthy options of green detox juices, fruit platters and the most delicious eggs on the planet start the day perfectly.

After a perfect start take a 10-minute walk to The Museum of Fine Art (465 Huntington Avenue). The landmark institution is one of the oldest and most distinguished art museums in America. Founded in 1870, the venue houses works from ancient Egypt to modern times all under one roof. Collections are vast and impressive with such variations as the largest single gathering of Monet paintings in Northern America to contemporary exhibits such as #mfaNOW The Clock. It is shining star in your day in Boston and not to be missed.

Before the next outing stop at the neighborhood Tasty Burger for a hamburger treat or onion rings. There is something so lovely about the in and out joint with fast service and friendly staff.

Take advantage of the afternoon and hop on the T Train on the Green Line from the local Kenmore stop and go on historical walking tour off of the Government Center exit. The ride will take about 15 minutes and costs just a bargain of $2.75 with a Charlie Card. Around the area you will find a great variety of things to see including The Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall and The Boston Common.

After a full day of sightseeing get ready to hang with the neighborhood locals back at The Verb with an incredible meal at Hojoko. James Beard Award Winning Chef Tim Cushman and Nancy Cushman have really tapped onto the perfect fit for the hotel with this sexy, high-energy Japanese tavern. The stunning menu includes robata-grilled yakitori, maki rolls that can only be described as artistic endeavors, and an impressive selection of over 20 sake cups. Every dish is exciting and pops on the palette like an enthralling Japanese comic book.

On any given night you will find neighborhood buddies and post-Fenway game patrons gathering in the restaurant for the excellent food, as well as the sake bombs and awesome craft cocktails from multiple frozen drink machines. And to top it off there is soon to be live music acts over the next few weeks to make this party pop to a new level.

Your stay at The Verb Hotel is not going to lead to your average boring vacation. Get ready to be a living legend rock star on your next trip to Boston when you stay here. Life is too short not too. Rock on Verb Hotel. Rock on.
