Kia STYLE360 To Change Game at NYFW

Kia STYLE360 at NYFW is back for 12th consecutive year and bringing innovation to Fashion Week.

Kia STYLE360 sponsored by Kia Motors is set to bring “See Now, Shop Now” experience with a leading entertainment and lifestyle retailer HSN and tennis legend Serena Williams. Their fashion event will bring one-of-a-kind shopping and viewing experience, allowing customers at home to view and purchase products through virtual reality technology.

The show, will present Serena Williams’ new fall collection accompanied by the DIAMONDS UNLEASHED for SERENA WILLIAMS exclusive collection in collaboration with world-renowned jewelry designer, Kara Ross.

The Byron Lars Beauty Mark “Exclusive Inclusion” fashion show featuring looks from BLBM’s Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 collection will follow. Byron Lars’ fashion event will be presented by models ranging in sizes from 0 to 18 – ultimately bringing body image positivity to the New York Fashion Week. “We understand and embrace the reality that beauty comes in all sizes, so we’re pioneering an ‘exclusive’ inclusion” tells Lars.

Colombo-Venezuelan designer Raul Peñaranda, named one of the fastest rising fashion stars by Forbes Magazine, will present his Spring Momentum 2017 on September 13th. Peñaranda’s latest collection combines the power of “Momentum” with his one-of- a-kind expert craftsmanship and beautiful use of uncommon textiles to create a uniquely avant-garde yet very wearable collection presented amongst the sights, sounds and mood of the 1950’s glamorous Havana, Cuba.

Angela Simmons will showcase her newest fashion venture in collaboration with VIPE Activewear. VIPE has launched with critical success for health and fitness conscious women who lead active lifestyles and want to look fabulous doing it. Following suit, Angela Simmons will debut her Vipe Noir designs for VIPE Activewear presenting Kia STYLE360’s first full activewear fashion show.

Closing out Tuesday will be Tumbler and Tipsy by Michael Kuluva showing his latest pop culture influenced Spring/Summer 2017 runway collection “Creaky and Tipsy”. The new collection will feature looks highlighting key arthritic focal points on the body, while staying true to the Tumbler and Tipsy brand with bold colors, funky embellishments and playful designs.

Third day of Kia STYLE360 will kick off with Addition Elle and Ashley Graham Lingerie runway show. Addition Elle, the Canadian fashion favorite will launch the show with the world-debut of its disruptive new campaign “F*This!” It addresses the frustrations of plus size women and demands the right to full fashion access, Addition Elle’s runway show will feature top plus-size models – from Ashley Graham to Barbie Ferreira, Tara Lynn, and Jordyn Woods.

The event will close with Shateria El-Morgane’s show “Row A seat 4 collection SS17.” The show will feature celebrity guests on the runway and the collection will be available to customers in stores everywhere the day after the show and at www.frontrowinc.com.

The event’s main sponsor, Kia Motors, returns with an invitation to the fashion industry to discover the all-new 2017 Cadenza premium sedan. Other renewing sponsors generously supporting the September 2016 season include: Not Your Mother’s hair care, who will style all fashion shows by lead hair stylist Michele Carrillo and her NYM branded professional-stylist team, and makeup partners, LimeLight by Alcone and MustaeV U.S.A., a prestigious Korean artistry make up brand. In addition to styling the runways for select shows, MusteaV will present their newly launched “Mood Therapy Sheet Masks” as well as their Skinny Tint Foundation shade extensions launching in November 2016.

OtterBox, a new sponsor, will showcase their line of luxury smartphone cases and ChapStick will prepare sampling of their new  Total Hydration Moisture + Tint – which is made with 100% naturally sourced ingredients and enhances the lips’ natural color.

Food will be provided by one of New York’s trendiest restaurants, Bagatelle. Eternal Water will make sure that the guests stay hydrated and refreshed throughout the event.

Kia STYLE360 will run September 12th through 14th in New York City.
