I’m really interested by this raw evolution Dumbfoundead has been going through for this past year.
I can’t accurately pinpoint the impetus for Dumbfoundead switching his moniker pack from Parker and starting to incorporate more Korean artists into his work. However, I think being featured on the “It G Ma” remix would be a decent guess.
I’ve been a fan of DFD for a minute now, and I don’t think I’ve ever heard him throw this much Korean into his rapping and I’m curious what sparked this shift. Regardless of the source, I’m definitely a fan of this progression and I would eagerly dispute the comments I’ve seen saying this change is some form of “selling out”. Jon seems happy with the direction he’s taking, and if he is then there’s no reason to argue against it.
I most definitely will be bumping this track, Big Banana brings in a wild beat for the three emcees to spaz over. Also, I doubt there is a single image as important as Loopy combing his hat. The track is dope, and the guys are kind enough to offer a free download in the description.
