Reality star and real estate agent Bre Tiesi celebrated her debut shoe collection with André Assous on Tuesday night, taking over NoHo’s Temple Bar for cocktails, bites and a first look at the eight-style line.
The Sept. 29 evening ran from 6 to 8 p.m. at the storied Lafayette Street lounge, just over a week after the André Assous x Bre Tiesi collection hit shelves on Sept. 21. Guests sipped cocktails and nibbled on bites while getting an up-close look at the shoes Tiesi helped bring to life.
Temple Bar, the ’90s martini haunt that closed in 2017 and was revived in 2021, already brings plenty of old-school glamour with its dark, wood-paneled room. For the night, the space was dressed in an abundance of red flowers, giving the moody interior a bold pop of color that matched the collection’s evening-ready attitude.

The capsule marks Tiesi’s first credited footwear design role and the brand’s first celebrity collaboration. The Selling Sunset star worked directly with the André Assous design team on everything from silhouettes and colors to materials, fit and styling. The result is eight styles spanning heels, sandals and wedges, built on a neutral palette in raffia, nappa, patent, vinyl, snake-print leather and mirror-finish specchio leather.
The standout of the evening was a leopard print stiletto boot, a statement piece that captured the collection’s promise of taking the wearer from cocktails to wherever the night leads. Like the rest of the line, it leans on the comfort André Assous is known for, with lightweight construction, flexible soles and cushioned footbeds.

“This collection really reflects how I actually live and dress,” Tiesi said in a statement ahead of the launch. She explained that she wanted shoes that feel elevated and confident while still being comfortable enough to carry her through meetings, travel and dinner.
The partnership pairs Tiesi’s personal style with a label that has decades of footwear history. Founded in the 1970s, André Assous built its name on the classic espadrille, which is still handsewn in Spain and designed in New York City. Today the brand is owned by Vida Shoes International and has expanded well beyond its espadrille roots into heels, boots and handbags.
