Putting the sparkle on New York Fashion Week in the most prolific style was a special dinner this season perfectly called The Curated Table.
Weaved together with a special eye toward incredible looks on the runway sewn in with moments of culinary excellence, this special night on Sept. 9 was simply extraordinary thanks to Citi and Mastercard. Superb details and passionate execution, the event at The Shed in Manhattan brought together guests from around the world who were elevated to soaring new heights for a soiree by Christian Siriano and chefs Michael and Bryan Voltaggio.

Immersive ateliers, a delectable dinner, and a fabulous fashion show made for a magical moment that dazzled the senses. A feast of fashion tingled the mind, the eyes —– everything, everywhere all at once was blissful magic. Attendees with each tender bite of dishes such as smoked Wagyu beef and sunflower ravioli di milanese paired with precious wines like Vietti Perbacco Langhe Nebbiolo followed by white chocolate, lime mouse knew this was not just another event. It was perfection.

Each set of looks from Siriano whipped up a resemblance of a destination around the globe that represents the best of food and fashion. With match servings of dishes to symbol the models expressive walks on the runway, the guests took in the best of Milan to Paris served up with a side of spicy fun and sweet magic.
“It’s going to be dreamlike and a little haute haute couture,” Siriano told guests before one set of models strutted in front of them. Eyes were filled with colorful wonder as mouths filled with creative innovations of food.
The chef’s of the night expressed a beautiful same sentiment on why this was a incredible moment.
“One of the most talented fashion designers in the entire world is in this building tonight,” Michael expressed on why him and his brother were honored to curate a beautiful fusion of food and fashion that matched Siriano’s artistry. “We felt a lot of pressure to do to do that. And so, yes, the food was very visual. But we also put a lot of time into making sure that it didn’t just look pretty, but it tasted pretty. And I think that that’s a really good way to think about fashion too.”
