HBO by far has a way of selecting shows that create a positive impact in the culture of television. Of course “The Regime” starring Kate Winslet would be no different. Not only is this show witty, and extremely entertaining but it is led by a sensational cast.
In honor of Women’s History Month “The Regime’ airs Sunday March 3, 2024. I say in honor simply because the star of the show is a woman and the show circulates around her. Kate is able to show her versatility and range as she plays the Chancellor of Vernham. Not only is she an authoritative figure but she is an authority figure that carries humor, sass, and most importantly intelligence.
