The workout even when modified and done with lighter weights is intense at moments, but with the key purpose of working you all over. Even in a targeted muscle group class you are still getting a great head to toe movement. And with a class size in LIFT being smaller at the Upper East Side location of only 18 students in a room you almost feel like you are getting personalized training.
The next day you might be a tad sore, but itβs worth it. Never once did I feel like I was pushed β only loved and embraced in that warm Barryβs hug.
