Disney+ launches an exciting new series for the whole family.
A brand new series, filled with humor, mystery and fun for the family is releasing on Disney+. The Knockturnal sat down with some of the cast this week and discussed this new show. We spoke with Tony Hale, MaameYaa Boafo, Gia Sandhu, Ryan Hurst, Mystic Inscho and Seth B. Carr in this exclusive interview. The stars of this series shared some of their challenges of travel and production during a pandemic. Each of the cast members praised their team as they overcame these challenges.
The cast of “The Mysterious Benedict Society” also discussed filming such a unique show. Most of the leads are younger actors and actresses. Tony Hale praised his younger cast mates as he explained the hard work that they displayed. “I’m very, very honored to work with them,” he said.
This family series with lots of interesting plot points and creative characters is based on the book of the same name. Mystic and Seth both shared their love for the book and their characters. Seth B. Carr said, “I’m excited for all the people who are gonna see it. I’m really excited for the book fans, because I think they’re really gonna like this.”
“The Mysterious Benedict Society” premieres only on DISNEY+ on Friday, June 25th and had its world premiere at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival.
