On Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 Dr. Jane Goodall and MasterClass previewed 30 minutes of Dr. Goodall’s six-hour MasterClass series. MasterClass is an online service where students from all over the world can get instruction and interact with some of the greatest minds in the world. The premiere platform provides affordable, engaging, and inspirational online education that offers unique learning experiences which include video lessons, interactive exercises, a series of course materials, peer interaction, and more.
Dr. Goodall’s Masterclass is officially available today on www.masterclass.com . Dr. Jane Goodall will address and respond to the environmental concerns of the modern age and the climate we live in. She will share her expert advice on communication and advocacy strategies, as well as a global view of the interconnected threats to animals and the environment. Through her course, students will learn about chimpanzee behavior, animal intelligence, human impact on the environment, environmental conservation and Goodall’s reasons for hope in the next generation of activists. After a sneak peek at 5 in depth examples of Dr. Goodall’s remarkable research and views into climate issues and climate advocacy, a Q&A portion was facilitated by Alan Fleischmann. During this panel, Dr. Goodall opened up about her favorite moments with the chimpanzees she studied, private interactions with Fleischmann that alluded to her personality quirks and even her hopes for the production of this master class.
