Her workouts include helpful 20 second videos that illustrate each individual exercise. Best yet, Krista has two apps: a free timer for interval training and an app (at $2.99 for the app, with an optional “Super Athlete” membership at $4.99 a month) that includes over 185 videos and the option to personalize workouts by equipment and focus.
Look For: The blog includes instructions on how to master some of the more difficult exercises, like a pull up or a plank jack, in short incremental exercises.
