A Match Made in the Kitchen – Tiafoe, Boulud & Evian Serve It Up for US Open

I recently had the chance to be one of the very first to experience something pretty unforgettable — and now, you can too (but only until September 7th). Evian®, longtime sponsor of the US Open, has teamed up with Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and tennis star Frances Tiafoe (the prestigious water’s global ambassador) to create The Evian Club — an exclusive, limited-time dining and match-viewing experience inside Restaurant DANIEL, one of the most sophisticated spots on the Upper East Side.

At first, you enter this iconic Michelin-starred restaurant — all elegance, fine art, and polished service — and then, you’re led into a room that’s been totally transformed. Think: Pink oasis, luxe lounge vibes, tennis-inspired design, and massive screens showing the US Open Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. It’s refined, but also fun. Like a courtside cocktail party tucked inside one of NYC’s top fine-dining meccas.

Chef Boulud crafted a special menu based on Frances Tiafoe’s Sierra Leonean roots and the foods that have fueled him throughout his life — with a fine-dining twist, of course. The hero dish is Poulet à la Tiafoe, a reimagining of the peanut butter stew Tiafoe grew up eating. It’s got chicken, pepper stew, peanut, basmati rice, and greens — and it’s got a stamp of approval from the most important critic of all: Tiafoe’s mother, who had to taste and approve the dish before it ever hit the menu.

For dessert, you get cookies and cream cheesecake and custom macarons styled to channel the playful energy of tennis. To drink? The Big Foe Fizz — a bold, bright mocktail inspired by Tiafoe’s favorite whiskey sour, made with black tea, lemon, vanilla, peppercorns, and topped with Evian Sparkling. It’s all served alongside Evian’s signature Still and Sparkling pours.

And yes, you get to watch the matches while you dine. The energy in the room is like a high-end viewing party meets elevated dinner. It’s social, stylish, and unique. From now through September 7, you can book a seat at The Evian Club at Restaurant DANIEL via Resy for $200 per guest. The experience includes:
