Back in December, Legendary West Coast recording artist OG Cuicide began campaigning his forthcoming new album with the leak of his recent song, “If You Really Want It”. A known suicide survivor and activist, OG Cuicide continues to inspire through his music with the release of his powerful new video, “Tragedy”.

Directed by talented director Angelo Deprater. In the video, the Compton-native walks us through the painful reality of what goes on in the mind of a suicide victim. As a known suicide survivor, the video and song hit very close to home for the recording artist. The visual also features up-and-coming Los Angeles singer Apryl Paige.

OG Cuicide has been a suicide activist for over 20 years. Surviving a his own suicide attempt in 1991, OG Cuicide routinely performance public speaking events and open forums promoting suicide prevention. He also provides his personal number, available to call anytime, to anyone in distress for someone to speak with and offer up the motivation to stay strong and never give up hope.

Spreading the message through his music, OG Cuicide’s catalog contains collaborations with fellow West Coast Legends Kurupt and producer Battlecat (“We Can Freak It”). OG Cuicide is also the uncle of fast-rising West Coast recording artist A.D. (“Juice”).

“Tragedy” is slated to be featured on OG Cuicide forthcoming new album, currently untitled, scheduled for a May 2018 release under CG Records.

If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.
