Shell made a significant stride in the fuel industry with the highly anticipated launch of its new product, Shell V-Power NiTRO Premium Gasoline.

Senior Vice President of Mobility, Barbara Stoyoko, opened the event with remarks. Shell’s marketing for this campaign is focused on marketing the performance of the new premium gasoline. “As engines change, the fuels have got to change with them.”

The panelists included esteemed figures: Selda Gunsel, Ph.D., President of Shell Global Solutions, and Vice President of Fuels and Lubricants Technology.
Dr. Gunsel emphasized setting performance goals, drawing parallels between sports and sciences, aiming to bring innovative breakthroughs to benefit valued consumers. Her aim is to “transfer our innovations from the racetrack to our products to go to our consumers.”
“When developing a fuel focused on performance, we wanted to concentrate on the fuel injector – the area where performance lives or dies,” Dr. Gunsel added.
Adding to the lineup of extraordinary guests was none other than the legendary Reggie Jackson, a distinguished five-time World Series champion and a proud inductee of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
