All of the stars attended the party and had a great time. ‘Younger’ is on its third season now and ‘Impastor’ is on its second season. Both shows have it all have elements of comedy, sex, drama, emotion, and have so much love in it. These are two shows you have to check out. And check out our interviews with the stars below
Impastor
Mircea Monroe:
Q: What can you say about this season when compared to last season of Impastor?
A: This season is even more exciting. Everything is amplified so it has the foundation that we had before that is fantastic but it is revved up.
Q: What can you tell me about your character this season?
A: We find out more about her. We find out about her past. She has a love interest. She gets crazy.
Q: What was your favorite episode to shoot from this upcoming season?
A: It is so hard to pick a favorite. As concerned with favorites I go more by scene than by episode and I think in general the group scenes are my favorite because of the dynamic. I love everybody that I work with so those are some fun days.
Q: Who is your favorite person to work with?
A: Sara is my best friend. And Sara, Mike, and I have a family plan. I love everybody but we are literally on a phone family plan. And we see each other a couple of times a week. She is who I call and who I text.
Q: If you could have any guest star on the show who would you pick?
A: Oh my god, it would be Meryl Streep, my buddy Nathan Fillion, I would want to work with Kathleen Rose Perkins who is also one of my closest friends, Amy Schumer because she is fun and she is hilarious. Anyone single I would love to work with.
Michael Rosenbaum:
Q: Season 2, what’s new on it?
A: Everything, new twists, more turns, Buddy finding out more about his past—we see some flashbacks. A love triangle, things heat up, more murder, a lot more murder. Darker season 2, for sure, a lot more ambitious. More compelling.
Q: What direction does your character go on upcoming season?
A: To hell. Probably on his way straight to hell.
Q: What was your favorite scene to shoot on season 2?
A: So many. There was a sex scene that I liked. There was a scene at a horse track that was really fun. The scene with the cops at the beginning episode of season 2 where we are in the middle of a lake in the middle of the woods.
Q: If you could have any guest stars on the show who would they be?
A: Gary Oldman or Taraji P. Henson. She loves the show. Go on my Twitter, you’ll see a video, she’s at the Emmy’s or some shit and they ask her what show she watches and she’s like ‘oh my god you gotta watch Impastor it is one of the best shows on television.’ She tweeted me the other day.
Q: And anything else coming up for you?
A: I have a movie called Last Days of Summer coming out with William Fichtner and Jessica McNamee. I play this neighbor who is really dark.
Younger
Nico Tortorella:
Q: What was it like filming season 3 of Younger?
A: It was amazing. At this point we have spent so much together as a cast that we are like a family now. We are like in that groove. I feel like we are getting older as a cast on the show Younger.
Q: And what is different about season 3 when compared to the others?
A: I think that we have all matured into these characters, writers included. I think it is becoming exactly what it is supposed to be and it is the best season yet.
Q: Where does your character go in this season?
A: To Liza, that’s it.
Q: And what was your favorite scene to shoot on season 3?
A: There’s a rogue handjob that happens. A rogue handjob is fun to shoot, fun in real life, fun overall.
Sutton Foster:
Q: What is different about season 3, where is this season going to go?
A: I feel like we are hitting our stride. Seasons 1 and 2 was all about finding your legs and establishing a story and building these relationships and these characters and there is something about season 3, I don’t know, everything feels—like even my character is more confident in this life that she has created for herself. Yes, there are these boys that are causing distractions, but her relationship with Kelsey is growing, the world of Younger is expanding, we learn more about Diana, Lauren, and Charles, and all the other characters. It is like the world is getting bigger, our radius, and it is exciting. I am excited to see where the show will go in season 4. I can’t wait for audiences to see season 3, there are going to be some exciting moments.
Q: What was your favorite scene to film?
A: Any scene that I get to do with Miriam Shor who plays Diana. We just have a very great dynamic in the workplace. There is a scene in either episode 3 or 4 where there is a faceoff between Diana and another character and I am caught in the middle. It was very fun and I got to do a lot of physical comedy with two great actors. So what was fun.
