February is National Pancake Month and what better way to celebrate than by noshing on delicious flapjacks from New York City’s highly acclaimed Clinton St. Baking Co. Beginning February 3, the eatery is offering guests an exciting rotating menu of limited-time flavors at their Brooklyn outpost located inside the buzzy Time Out Market New York.
Since its founding in 2001, Clinton St. Baking Co. has been making award-winning pancakes and high quality comfort food that continues to impress. All February long, the restaurant is whipping up specialty pancake creations that are available exclusively Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm at Time Out Market New York and include some of the most indulgent pancakes you’ll ever eat.
From February 17–21, apple pie pancakes will be available to savor. The dish consists of caramelized apples with cider glaze, cinnamon crumb streusel topping, cinnamon whipped cream, and warm maple butter. From February 24–28, the triple berry pancakes made of fresh raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries with Meyer lemon curd, raspberry sauce, and vanilla whipped cream will be offered.
The Knockturnal made a visit to the modern and spacious Time Out Market New York located in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood on Valentine’s Day and tasted the raspberry chocolate chunk pancakes made with fresh raspberries, raspberry-caramel sauce, whipped cream, and warm maple butter. It was truly divine and not over sweet making it the perfect meal for breakfast. The pancakes were soft and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and 100 times way better than any store-bought mix. In addition, we ate the wild Maine blueberry pancakes, which was very satisfying. Clinton St. Baking Co. continues to deliver flawless pancakes. Lastly, we tried the country breakfast entrée, which consisted of eggs, maple-cured ham, hash browns, and a flaky buttermilk biscuit. The dish was extremely hearty, comforting and worth ordering.
