On day two, the moment began with an incredible sound movement journey and breakfast with Middleton, and Cynthia Thurlow. The award-winning sound designer and sleep science coach led a transformative sound art journey designed to relax the nervous system and induce a dream-like state.
His divine expertise in digital therapeutic music and wellness to combat stress, anxiety, and insomnia was shared. Gut health with the phenomenal Cynthia Thurlow was then shared. Both experts received grand applause for the recharge and reset life-changing affirmations that they shared.
In between, Equinox Hotels hosted a superb spa experience. The Sleep Performance Spa circuit included a Young Goose facial and Sleep IV drip that enriched the body fully and expanded into the realm of luxury hospitality.
The afternoon session hosted Harness the Summer Solstice for Longevity + Performance with Dr. Will Cole and Dr. Neil Paulvin. The captivating conversation on how optimize your sleep health and performance were the focus along with health tips from Catharine Arnston of ENERGYbits.
