The highly anticipated show, The Girls On The Bus, is finally available on HBO Max! Featuring an all-star cast including Melissa Benoist, Carla Gugino, Natasha Behnam, Christina Elmore, Brandon Scott, Griffin Dunne, Mark Consuelos and Scott Foley.

The Girls On The Bus is based on Amy Chozick’s book, Chasing Hillary. It follows Chozick’s experiences as a political reporter on the campaign bus. The series portrays the lives of four remarkable female journalists who are dedicated to their work and follow every move of a parade of flawed presidential candidates. Along the way, they form a bond of friendship that is unbreakable and experience love that takes them by surprise. However, their journey is not without its challenges as they uncover a scandal that could not only bring down the presidency but also potentially destroy our entire democracy. In the midst of all the chaos, the women discover love in unexpected places, adding a touch of romance to the series. The characters are complex and well-developed, with each journalist bringing her unique perspectives and experiences to the table. The series is a thrilling ride that delves into the world of politics, journalism, and the human spirit.

The Knockturnal spoke with some of the stars as well as writers and executive producers Chozick, Julie Plec and Rina Mimoun about the show. They also discussed their experiences working on the show and what they hope fans will take away from the series.
