A place for tastemakers, influencers, and wine appreciators to come together
The other week, wine aficionados and lovers came out to the much awaited Fine Wine Series at Central Park SummerStage. This event brought a collection of people to central park to sample some amazing and delicious wine and cocktail pairings while enjoy the beautiful weather. Guests showed up in their best garden chic attire and the amount of vibrant colors was incredible. Founded in 2015, the Fine Wine Series is a Black-owned and operated event which highlights wine as well as R&B for everyone to enjoy. And after 3 years, the Fine Wine Series returned to New York City. The event lasted for 5-6 hours and guests were able to sample wines such as Blaque, Edelheiss Wine, Maison Marcel, Michaella Lavelle and cocktails by Abisola Whiskey. And there were also delectable food stations provided by Brooklyn Baked & Fried, Suya Guy, and Harlem Seafood Soul.
In attendance were influencers and celebrities including supermodel Maria Borgess, founder of Afrochella, Abdul Abdullah and VIPs Destiny Owusu, Whitney Madueke, Tiarra Dickens, Monroe Steele, Destiny Owusu and more. And while guests kicked back and enjoyed the drinks, they were also able to groove to musical sets by DJ Buka and DJ TrueBlends, alongside several other well-known artists, including DJ GabSoul, DJ Complete and DJ Canal.
