The Rooftop Films Summer Series is back. In its 25th year, the popular program will run from June 17th through mid-September, screening a variety of independent films at outdoor venues across NYC.
Rooftop Films presented indie romance “Pink Wall” at The William Vale, with writer-director Tom Cullen and actor Jay Duplass in attendance.
Last Thursday, Rooftop Films hosted a sold out screening of Elizabeth Wood’s “White Girl.” A graduate of Columbia’s Film School, the narrative marks her directorial debut and premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
Rooftop Films is a non-profit organization whose mission is to engage and inspire the diverse communities of New York City by showcasing the work of emerging filmmakers and musicians.
