What you won’t find here are metals, such as silverware and cast irons, purposely so as the brand centers its focus on the subtle and exquisite components of southern fixtures and home accessories. The collections of home decor echoes delicacy in its collection, from the glassware arranged in decorative fashion on the family length dinner table; carefully sewn Echo bluff Cotton Matelasse coverlets, to the hand carved and embroidered egg shells; to the intricate placements of the aged candle holders, and bell ornamented woven wicker baskets. Each curated piece is well crafted and handmade with the ease of southern living in mind. The Six Bells showcases and only sells merchandise created by small, independent brands and quilt makers in Alabama; gathering textiles from West Dorset to ceramics from the Sarthe Valley and antiques from road trips taken across the country.
